The Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities is where you begin the process to determine what services you or your loved one may qualify to receive, funded through the State of Arizona.

Step 2 - Determine eligibility and apply AZDES/DDD Services
Step 3 - Determine eligibility for ALTCS (AZ Long Term Care)
ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) provides the Medicaid-funded (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) services for you or your loved one who qualifies through DDD.
